Nutrition and Good Eating
Nutrition is the science that looks at the relationship between what you eat and health. It examines the elements that constitute foods and looks at how the quantity and quality of these elements impact on a person health both positively (good health) and negatively (disease.) It attempts to give recommendations on the optimal dietary pattern for good health.

Unfortunately, it is easy for many of us to be drawn to the foods that we like, rather than foods that we need. It is very easy to take the fast and easy option instead of taking the time and care necessary for good nutrition. By taking this easy approach we may be putting things in our body that we know are not good for us.
Every thing that you eat and do for your nutrition is a choice. It is important to be aware of the choices that you are making and how it relates to your overall health. If you know that you have a habit that is preventing you from good health, then it is important to begin to retrain your brain. After a while, you will notice that you are feeling better and have more energy for the day.
